Felix Dennis on How To Get Rich

Nov 14th, 2008 | QUOTES

“People in poor health usually find it difficult, no matter how clever they are, to muster the stamina that becoming rich demands.”

- Felix Dennis,  in How To Get Rich
In his book, How To Get Rich,Dennis offers readers authentic advice. From the get-go, he indicates that he has chosen to write the book, not for profit or any other motive, but simply to fulfill his own desire to write and talk about wealth-building. A millionaire many times over, I have to agree with what he’s saying… This book is all about offering good advice.

His quote above is well-written. The process of getting rich, in and of itself, is demanding. It will take a lot of out of you and if you don’t have the physical health to sustain yourself, you won’t be able to focus and keep yourself on your A-game.

No matter how old you are, make health and wellness a top priority in your life. Eat sensibly and practice healthy habits. Do whatever you need to feel healthy so that you have the stamina to keep up with getting rich.
